Peace.
Peace. Like no other.
Peace. Be still.
Peace in the midst of the storm.
Peace is inner quiet; My/your souls' resting position. Sweet spiritual calm like no other.
Peace is The Anchor of our souls'.
Peace protects our hearts and minds.
Turmoil is all around. Dis-ease, sickness, war, pestilence, confusion, and the like... Yet; there is a peace, like no other.
We pray for more of it. Now, even more...
We feel robbed of it, at times, by people and circumstance. Yet, when the Lord challenges us to mature in Him; Peace becomes His measurable Attribute.
If we pray for peace, the Lord will challenge our faith to see with our spiritual sight. Why is that? I asked in earnest and in prayer.
Why? The answer I received, is that our natural sight can be confusing. What we see, feel, and experience, in real time; in the storm; can be disruptive and painful; and our natural sight, can bring feelings of despair and dismay.
But. If we trust in God. No matter what "it looks like" in the storm; we can declare "Peace. Be still!..." and mean it! Then. In the midst of the storm, we can testify to receiving the Peace of God!
Put your trust in all things
Eternal; & The Lord our God will
Affirm your place in Him;
Calm your spirit; & bring you
Effortlessly to your souls' resting place.
"...and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
Philippians 4:7 NKJV

Authors note: The Inspiration for this word, came before the pandemic. The answers to complete the Inspiration, came today. The Lord knows what we need; when we need it. I pray this Inspiration is a blessing during this difficult time, to all who read it. We grieve for all the loss and suffering; and pray for God's Mercy.

Patience
What is patience and what does it mean, to perfect it?
Patience is a character trait exhibited by an ability to wait, with humility;
Patience is a process;
Patience involves the time and endurance needed in the wait;
Patience is the innate ability not to react, even when you can't see your desired outcome;
Patience is also the innate ability of acceptance, when your desired outcome, is not in-line with Gods Will..
Patience is your faith in action. It is the action of faiths' perfecting power.
Patience is built into each and every test that you face.
The test of patience, is whether you will trust God in the process. For you see; the more you trust God, in the test; the more patience He Is Able to bless you with, in the wait.
Patience, I am learning, is...
Putting the time & energy, into
Areas of life, that challenge &
Test your ability; not to react.
Inevitably, trust in God, builds
Endurance, in the wait.
No-thing is impossible; with God. His
Effort (burden) is easy and light.
This in no way, means that the test is easy; or light; but it does mean, that if you surrender; and allow God to step in; He Will create a barrier of peace; and...
This peace will produce, the perfecting process of patience...
Now; what area(s) is patience availing you?
But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

Let us take a look at trust.
A five letter word with great influence & power.
Trust is what we put our hope & faith into. We trust what we believe in.
Trust is built through time and testing.
Trust, like a muscle must be exersized to make it stronger.
Building trust strengthens our very being.
Trust in God, builds spiritual strength & power. The more you trust Him, the greater power you build in the spirit.
Trust brings clarity to your direction.
Trust builds endurance.

Focus
From the minute this word was dropped in my spirit, for today, I knew it would bring me to my knees to pray.
Focus is how we view a goal; or task; be it our perception or a task at hand; its personal.
Focus is the drive to complete a task.
Focus brings achievement.
Focus can be measured by how well we "see" the goal or task; & how we see the goal or task is both spiritual & natural.
If our spiritual sight; (how we see it) is obstructed, we can misconstrue, what our natural eyes see, and thus, take incorrect actions to achieve an outcome.
Natural sight can be misleading too, & lead to an off-balance focus. In many cases, since our first sight is natural, then it is up to each of us to see the natural but not react, if possible, before seeking & praying for spiritual insight--focus.

Promise
Promise, a simple but very complex word to ponder.
What comes to mind when you hear the word promise?
Do you think of an assurance to do; or not to do something, or;
Do you immediately consider a person that possesses this trait?
Promise is...
Intangible. You can't see it, but like the air we breath, we know it is real and vital to sustain life.
Promise is.. Faith. Hope. Love.
Promise is.. what you choose to believe.
Promise is... An expected end.
Promise is... That special gift we see in our family, children, friends; She/he has so much promise..
A Promise made...
At minimum, a two-way proposal or transaction between the promise maker & the promise receiver. Positive or negative; good or bad; a promise made has consequences.
A Promise broken...
A promise, not kept, brings dissapointment (or relief), and may be seen by the receiver as a character flaw.
A Promise honored...
A promise when kept, may build trust, or the knowledge that the promise maker is true to their word.
The personhood of promise..
Now, let's consider Promise, the person. The person; one who deserves kindness, love, respect, & unwavering loyalty. The person we consider above all others...
Ultimately, the Promise, is the Trinity... God in three persons...
God is Promise. Promise is God. The One we can rely on to fulfill His Word.
Consider Promise, & all His many Benefits. He'll never leave, or forsake us.
Consider His Promises: Made & Kept. Yes & Amen.
Consider God; The Ultimate Promise Keeper. When all else fails; He never will.

Tests come to challenge us. The reward may not be for you, but for the ones who are close by watching: what you do; how you react; and who you inspire along the way.
